- You
receive a "Page cannot be displayed error" after you login:
The username and/or password supplied were incorrect and the "Enable
friendly Http error messages" option (in IE) is checked. If you'd
like to be re-prompted to login when your login information is incorrect
you need to disable the setting mentioned above. In Internet Explorer,
under Tools - Internet Options - Advanced, uncheck "Enable friendly
Http error messages".
- After
you login, your files and folders in your ftp directory are displayed
as a webpage rather than the characteristic Windows folder view, preventing
you from creating, deleting and/or opening files:
In Internet Explorer, under Tools - Internet Options - Advanced, make
sure the option "Enable folder view for FTP sites" is checked.
