Air Tox opens new office in Alabama
Air Tox recently opened a new office in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area. The southern regional Air Tox team offers CEMS services such as project quotes,
CEMS maintenance, CEMS audits and real-time mercury emissions monitoring. Contact us today for more information.
CEMView75
New for 2010, Air Tox is offering clients the CEMView75 Data Acquisition System. CEMView75 is a highly flexible and configurable data acquisition and reporting application, developed specifically for environmental monitoring. It is structured
to meet the most demanding requirements and to support future applications and expansion. It includes a CEMView75 Data Buffer, responsible for real-time data acquisition and control activities such as
calibration gas valve control sequencing and probe blowback. CEMView75 systems also include an OPC Data Access Server, CEMView75 Server system, and CEMview75 Client system,
all capable of real-time data displays and a wide variety of tools for 40 CFR 75 QA and XML reporting. Contact us today for more information.
Real-Time Ammonia monitoring by FT-IR
Air Tox utilizes Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectrometry to sample real-time for various analytes using an MKS MultiGas 2030. This
is especially useful for clients who own and operate gas turbines for which ammonia RATAs are required. The Air Tox FT-IR ammonia sampling
system provides real-time ammonia measurements, enabling clients to know the status of the RATA results without having to wait weeks for the
manual method lab results to be presented. Air Tox has a solid track record for performing ammonia RATAs by FT-IR since starting in 2007.

Continuous Emissions Mercury Monitoring
Air Tox was the first company nation-wide
to incorporate a Thermo Fisher Mercury Freedom System(TM) into a mobile laboratory. The Thermo Mecury Freedom Hg CEMS is housed in a
climate-controlled mobile lab. Using the integrated Data Acquisition System and the Thermo iPort software, Air Tox can control the system from our
office via the Internet. This Mercury CEMS was recently in use spring 2010 at a New England coal-fired facility for continuous mercury emissions monitoring.
