Emissions Measurement Testing Services
As the number of regulated air pollutants increases, so has the demand for accurate and reliable emission testing and monitoring.
Air Tox's team of project managers and technicians apply the combined experience of several decades to each emissions testing program.
Our extensive testing experience includes a broad range of emission measurement testing scenarios as listed below.
- Annual Relative Accuracy Test Audits (RATAs)
- CEMS Initial Certification and Recertification testing
- NOx RACT Testing
- Quarterly Cylinder Gas Audits (CGAs) and Opacity audits
- Particulate Testing (including particle size distribution, PM10 and PM2.5)
- Dioxins/Furans Emission Measurements
- PAH Emission Measurements
- Multiple metals Emission Measurements
- HCl/HF Emission Measurements
- Hazardous Air Pollutant Emission Measurements
- Pollution control testing: MACT
- Diagnostic (Engineering) Testing
- Visble Emissions Determination
- On-site Continuous Mercury Emission Measurements
- On-site Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) Measurements for Ammonia
- Low Source NOx and CO Emission Measurements
The Air Tox mobile laboratories accomodate all CEMS testing, and are specifically designed to perform 40 CFR Part 60 and Part 75 certification testing, as well as diagnostic and compliance emission testing.
The mobile labs may be outfitted with two sets of sampling and monitoring equipment to assist facilities with simultaneous inlet/outlet source test requirements. Air Tox also offers portable air
emission testing systems for use in back-up testing. These units are ideal for transport overseas to complete performance testing abroad.
Our Emissions Measurement personnel perform highly specialized test programs that involve US EPA-approved methods, ASTM, CARB, SW-846 and NIOSH methods. Our personnel are also familiar with method
development for source measurement where EPA methods are not applicable. Our comprehensive knowledge of the current air emissions test methods and emissions regulations, coupled with our knowledge
of how facility process and operations affect emissions, allow us to advise and design successful air emissions test programs.
